Communicate Directly with your Customers

This article will show you how to manage your customer list online:
Econic provides in app advertising so you can stay in touch with your customers wherever they are. Customized Messaging improves your ability to conveniently make more sales through direct customer communication, even when you get shut off from direct face to face contact.
1. Accessing the Messaging Screen
Tap on My Business menu.
A menu of options includes Messaging, tap on that button.
2. Selecting the Message
Select the Message you would like to include in the notification you will send out to your customers.
3. Previewing the Message
You will see a preview of how messages appear to your customers.
Make sure this is the deal you want to send to all your customers.
4. Sending the Message
Tap on the Send Now button to send a push notification to all the customers in your Econic customer list.
Your customers will get a push notification to their phone, that will link them to the Econic app, where they can access your deal.
